Joe Coggins is a graduate of University of Memphis and a retired CPA. He and wife,  Ginger, who is also a Realtor and a Designer, created a “Home Building Team” dedicated to building quality homes. Their custom remodeling is also highly respected.

Ginger Coggins is the first woman to be elected to the Memphis Areas Home Builders Association’s Board of Directors, and has spent many years serving as various committee chairs. With grown children, we “Empty Nesters” have more time to devote to our trade.
